From our original "get to know you" call and from your in detail assessment I will get to work on building your first phase of programming. This is unique to everyone but normally will be about 4-6 weeks. After which, I will monitor and progress and keep developing your programme through the next phases
After the call, I'll send you through my consultation videos or we can do it together on another call. This assessment will be looking at all your joints, how you move even your breathing pattern. Based off of this I can build a good idea a good idea of what we need to work on.
Now its about getting the work done! I will be beside you the whole way with coaching check-ins, WhatsApp contact and Programme updates to match your progress.
